Let's talk about thisThe exchange between myself and Sally Sue Ember shown in the image below were taken from the event page of a recent HOA. I'd like to explore the subject a bit more. What would, should, or could such a community do that isn't already being done by one of the several communities already dealing with HOAs?
Thoughts?
I am down with that. I have some thoughts/questions about promoting and monetizing HoA's that would be better served in a private community.
ReplyDeleteI would be excluded so don't have an opinion. Andrew Hatchett :)
ReplyDeleteSheila Hensley Why would you be excluded? There was no mention that the HOAs had to be public ones.If such a community were to form I think it should be open to all HOA hosts.
ReplyDeleteIt was tongue in cheek Andrew Hatchett. The community would have a hard time knowing about my private HOAs at my school. You know because you know what I do. I think it can be handled within an existing community much easier, thinking of the CCHOA section we have now. But hey, that's just an opinion. Hosts may want their own community. Certainly something to think about.
ReplyDeleteTerry Leigh Britton I'm a member of that community also, and Tom Chaffer does a great job with it.
ReplyDeleteI am open to anything the helps people become proficient
