You use the site:URL method with your G+ name and another keyword.
Example - finds all my Udemy posts and comments:
site:https://plus.google.com/ Terry Leigh Britton udemy
https://www.google.com/search?q=site:http://plus.google.com+Terry+Leigh+Britton+udemy
