Okay...just coming back to the whole HOA experience! I want to try a HOA with a small coaching group I have...just three people--TOMORROW.
Do I schedule a HOA or a video call--just before the scheduled time?
Can anyone give me a quick to-do list? Like a tiny primer?
I've been on numerous HOAs...I haven't run any myself. I did do one through WebinarJam....
I need to be sure this records so I can upload to a private site for the students later. HELP!
I'd recommend scheduling it asap and then try and get the group in for a practice run-thru to be sure there aren't any kinks.
ReplyDeleteNina Amir This is probably the best quick guide available...

If you need help Nina Amir I can help
ReplyDeleteJohn Jurkiewicz I'd really appreciate that! If I could just get someone to run through it with me, I'd be good to go. I've been on enough of them and done the Webinarjam one....I have some idea. I just need to be sure I'm setting it up right and doing the invite right. And getting it to record! Let me know if you are available tonight or early tomorrow. I'm on Pacific Time. Thanks for the offer.
ReplyDeleteCan't really do a run through. I'll watch the videos!
ReplyDeleteNina Amir Depending on what your guests know about HOAs, you might want to share that link with them so you all will all be on the same page so to speak.
ReplyDeleteWell, that's the idea, Andrew Hatchett! I just need to be sure I'm doing it correctly.
ReplyDeleteOkay I see that I can create an unlisted HOA. That's perfect. Will those who attend...just three people, all be able to see each other? that's the point... In other words, will we all be "seen" on the filmstrip? And my understanding is it will record but remain unlisted.
