  1. Could hear loud drums but not words and picture was fuzzy so no idea what topic was about.

  2. Gary Whalen good feedback.  I will take that into consideration the next time I create my videos

  3. We need to find a way other than watching levels to tell when the volumes are adequate for microphones. (The drum track demonstrated the ceiling that was available but was not utilized for the mic.) I have some VST tools I use via Voicemeeter, but I wonder if there is another way?

  6. So much for looking for help in my Notifications drop down.  Too many different topics garbled together before 9 am for me.  Think I'll forget about trying to compute HOA's or tags of hash.

  8. Gary Whalen I am not at all certain I understand what you are referring to.

  9. Sorry I do not see things or hear things as clearly as the rest of the world.  I just can not understand HOA or hashtag references. Google  Internet has ignored me for over a decade.

  10. Gary Whalen I'm not certain how it could ignore you, but an HOA is a Hangout On Air, a video telephone call between two or up to 10 people that can also become a recorded conversation as a video on YouTube. One can also create a similar video call without recording it, and those are called "Hangout Video Calls" or an HVC.

A hash symbol is another name for the pound sign # and when one speaks of "hashtags" they mean some group of letters (not necessarily a word) preceded by a pound (or "hash") sign. Like this:   #thisisahashtag   #soisthis  You make one by typing the pound/hash symbol and typing your letters with no spaces. They are used to designate groups, common causes and interests, and often, special events.

  11. +Terry Leigh Britton I appreciate your explanation.  To my knowledge my internet is not connected to my telephone so the term Video Calls has for a long time seemed a misnomer to me.  At least my kindergarten class is over for now at 10 pm Wednesday.

  12. Gary Whalen Yes, incredibly you can now make calls (optionally including video) using your computer and the Internet for free computer-to-computer anywhere in the world, and for a small charge make audio-only calls from computer to telephones or telephones to your computer. (My computer has two phone numbers - one from Skype I pay $30/yr for and one from Google Voice which is free.)

  13. Terry Leigh Britton Thanks for more Google secrets.  My msn email has a Skype tab I have never seen  and this is the first time  Mozilla FF G+ has given me any hint of Google Voice.  Comcast is my separate internet only - no TV or phone connected media for around $60 separate billing my wife pays with the monthly billing.  Our TV only section is paid with our rent; which the wife pays.  Our land line phone bill comes from the Southeast - Georgia or Alabama.  I do not pay those bills and wife does not touch my computer. Finally found someone who listens to my side and does not presume everyone has same type of connections.  At least my Yuku is still operational.  Misspokie from Florida did not send me a wake up message yet.  I am back from our Village gym and she usually checks in to my public forum by now.
