We hope you’re as as excited as we are! Starting today,we’re giving users the ability to access our Help Center without navigating away from the application! (If you click on a post > three dot menu in the top right > Help & Feedback).
Once a user visits the help content within the app, it will rank and surface articles based on their popularity. In addition, depending on where the users open the help menu, they will be served content relevant to that feature. (E.g. when a user opens help while looking at a community, it will surface the most popular community related help content).
