First time using this... forgive me if I'm making mistakes.

First time using this... forgive me if I'm making mistakes.
I'm co-hosting my second HOA tomorrow and need to ensure all is well for this show.  Ideally I'd like someone to join us in the green room to ensure we get off on the right foot.  Help to set up the comment tracker would also be great.
