  1. Andrew Hatchett i saw the dropdown box showing the 2 cameras and also saw it again when you did a screen shot of the dropdown box showing the dropdown menu showing the settings.

  5. richard clarkson and Tom Collins More on the camera hookup...
I connected the powered hub and the cameras and all went well except-
it seems that the chromebox won't recognize the second c525 as it only gives me a choice of a c920 and a c525 rather than a c920, a c525, and a 2nd c525. I may just get a different brand to connect to see if it will indeed recognize 3 cameras.

  6. Andrew Hatchett i think that when it sees 1 c525 it doesn't know there is a 2nd one. i don't think most people would have 2 of the same camera. they usually upgrade from one to another. i'd bet that if you connected one with a different number you would see all 3 of them.

  7. richard clarkson I suspected that might happen even before I hooked the up. I'll visit Amazon later today and grab some cheap webcam just to test to be sure.

  8. Andrew Hatchett it's too bad you have to buy a camera you may never use to test it.

  9. richard clarkson Actually, I'll be able to use it as my tower only has a C920 so that will give me a second one on that as well as my chromesbox having two  :)
