This video clearly demonstrates that when you add a camera the built-in mike overrides the headset as the default audio device. Unfortunately the builtin mike is of a lower quality.

  4. Andrew Hatchett is this on your chrome box or Windows? If you are on windows you should be able to go into control panel, sound, and disable the camera mic as a recording device. That will prevent it from being considered by the HOA software.
